Belmont Family Session

At least one member of this family will probably look familiar to most of my followers. 😉 Lilly happens to be on my Wildflower Model Team! But before she was ever on my team, I first photographed her with her dad’s side of the family. A few years ago, her aunt hired me for a family session in Belmont, NC, and we had the best time. This year, her mom Kelly decided to gift her mom at Christmas a family session with me (which of course is such an easy, perfect Christmas gift!). We did their photos at their home, also in Belmont. I did a BFF session for Lilly here last year, and they just have such a beautiful location!

It was so fun meeting this side of Lilly’s family! As I mentioned before, I had photographed mostly her dad’s side at this point, including her cousins’ Greyson and Rhiannon’s senior sessions. They are such a cool group! Her grandma is beautiful. It’s easy to see where Kelly and the girls get their beauty from. Everyone was so friendly and gracious to work with. Their little cousin Riley was adorable! Such a cutie and, considering how warm it was, she did so great! My favorite spot at their home is the pond behind their house. It’s so pretty and gets the best light filtering through the trees. We got some great shots back there.

We finished up in a little field nearby and got some super sweet photos. And of course, we couldn’t forget Oskar! He’s grown so much since I last saw him. I just love when people include their pets!

I had the BEST time with this sweet family! And of course, y’all stay tuned to see more of Lilly! We’ve got one more year before she’s officially a senior! Time flies, y’all.

Fall is the perfect time for family portraits! I only have a couple weekend dates left, so get in touch ASAP!
