Want to hear something absolutely crazy? I've known this senior since she was like 6 years old. She was adorable back then and just as adorable now. Her family was one of the originals that chose to give me a chance back when I first started, and they've been with me ever since. Darcy used to jump out of the car screaming "Miss Hailey!!" and wrap me in a huge hug. I'll always miss the sweet little kid days, but she's grown into such a pretty, kind teen.
Darcy was actually very low maintenance when it came to her senior photo session. She opted to do something similar to her older sister Sophie, but as always, I made sure to keep it unique to her.
We started in downtown Lincolnton before heading to the flower fields. I love this little town so much. It reminds me of how Huntersville (my hometown) used to be before it exploded into what it is now. It's small, charming, and full of lovable country folks. lol
After that, we headed to my favorite locally owned flower farm for some beautiful summer flower fields.
I love this farm so much. Not only are the owners the nicest people ever, but they grow the most beautiful blooms, attempting to outdo themselves each year.
All of Darcy's outfits were stunning, but I think this floral long dress was my favorite, especially next to the yellow sunflowers. We ended up with the most beautiful sunset too! It was surreal photographing this gorgeous girl as a grown lady, but also so amazingly cool.
