Guess what... another NoDa senior session! Lol. Y'all, I've been shooting here for almost 5 years now, and I'm still not bored with it! Haley's mom found me through the wonderful Jan, Wildflower Photography's own style partner and owner of Hazel & Indigo. When she came in for her consultation, I knew this would be a fun one. Haley is funny, quirky, smart, and has great style. The second I met her, I knew NoDa would be the perfect place for her.

And I was absolutely right. In the middle of our shoot, someone literally came out of a restaurant to tell her how awesome her outfit was. NoDa locals are my favorite. They're always so nice and respect art, style, and expression. Haley doesn't normally wear a lot of makeup, so Jennifer kept her look natural and understated with a slight pop of color for her lips. It worked great for each outfit she chose to wear. At her style consultation with Jan, we discussed some options she was thinking about using. The top choice hands down was this mustard yellow sweater and plaid pants. No joke, I was so excited to photograph her in this one. It's also the one that got her the random compliment from a nice stranger.

My ultimate goal of course, with every senior, is to make sure their personality shines through the images. I want them to see themselves but also feel confident and gorgeous. I think we did a good mix of that with Haley. She's goofy and spontaneous and totally marches to the beat of her own drum. Yet she's clearly beautiful, and that smile of hers is contagious.
