The last week of April is usually when I kick off my flower field senior sessions. They're the biggest request I get, however what makes it a little tricky (aka slightly stressful lol) is that their peak bloom time is a couple weeks before graduation for a lot of my seniors. So if this is your dream shoot? Just realize you may have to be a little flexible, because not only does spring bring gorgeous flowers, it also brings pop up thunderstorms! YAY! Lol Thankfully for Jillian's flower field session, the skies mostly cooperated. You'll notice later on that the sky in the background was a little dark... that's because we had a thunderstorm in the distance and just pretended it didn't exist. ;)
But first! Before we get to those beautiful blooms, Jilli also loved the look of downtown Winston Salem area. She wanted to get some photos with her college merch, so we started with that. Jillian also happened to be one of a few spring seniors that told me she was a little nervous about taking photos. Turns out she had NO REASON to be, bc she was amazing!
After grabbing a few in the city, we headed to the farm for the main event. ;) Everyone take notes on the outfits! Not only did she have a couple of adorable sun dresses, but she took my advice and included a cute jeans/top combo so we could get plenty of posing variety.
The real stunner though was this incredible pink gown she brought. This is a perfect example of how you can look cute in a flower field with the sun dresses but what a difference taking it up another level makes!! Combine it with Jilli's super sweet personality, and it was so magical. You can tell how much fun she had with this especially when I asked her to twirl in the daisies. :)

Shannon Dula - Hello- My senior has expressed wanting a session something bright and in flower fields very similar to your post on flower fields in Winston Salem. We'd also be interested in the cap/gown add on
