Meredith is one of those who said she was a little nervous about getting photographed, but the second she got in front of my camera, both mine and Celia's jaws dropped. She came out the gate ready! haha We started in a familiar fall favorite with the prettiest overcast lighting. It really added to the urban feel of it all and combined with Meredith's natural model-like talent, we ended up with the most gorgeous town photos for her.
After grabbing plenty in town, we headed to a local farm for some flowers and their beautiful glass house. I love the way the light comes through those windows. Meredith looked stunning in her pretty blue dress and it went perfectly against the yellow sunflowers.
And just in time for the mood shift, the sun decided to make an appearance. ;) Meredith was such a natural at posing and following my directions that there were a lot of moments with me excitedly yelling "wait don't move!" But for real, you'll notice a lot of Meredith's photos involve some sort of movement. I'm big on natural movement, so anytime my seniors feel comfortable enough to just move around a little while I'm shooting, it easily creates a lot of different looks without changing the scenery.
Meredith is such a sweetheart. I'm so happy she chose me as her senior photographer. We had the best time together!
